The connection between the wire and the wire, the connection between the wire end and the terminal block, the matter is small and the responsibility is large. This article is illustrated, so that you can clearly understand!
Wire to wire connection
The connection of the wires is: straight connection of single-strand copper conductor, T-shaped connection; docking of double-strand; straight-line connection of multi-strand copper conductor, T-shaped connection; docking of unequal-diameter copper conductor; single-strand line The T-branch connection of the multi-strand line; the connection of the flexible wire to the single-strand hard wire; the aluminum core wire is crimped by the crimping pipe; the aluminum core wire is crimped by the crimping pipe.
Straight connection of single-strand copper conductor
1. First, the two wire cores are X-shaped intersecting.
2. Twist each other for 2 to 3 turns and straighten the two ends.
3. Place each wire end on the other core wire and wrap around 6 turns. Cut the remaining core wire with a wire cutter and clamp the end of the core wire.
T-shaped connection of single-strand copper conductor
1. Intersect the wire core of the branch core wire with the core wire cross, leave 5mm at the root of the branch core wire, and then wind it 6 to 8 turns in a clockwise direction. Cut the remaining core wire with a wire cutter and clamp it flat. End of the core.
2. The core wire of small cross section can be knotted.
Docking of twin strands
Cut the two twin-core heads into the form shown in the illustration. When connecting, connect the core wires with the same color in the two heads to be connected in a small cross-section straight connection. Connect the core wires of another color in the same way.
Straight connection of multi-strand copper conductor
Take the 7-strand copper core wire as an example to illustrate the straight-line connection method of multi-strand copper core wire:
1. First spread the core wire stripped off the insulation layer and straighten it, then tighten the core wire near the 1/3 line segment of the insulation layer, and then disperse the remaining 2/3 core wire head into an umbrella shape as shown in the figure, and Straighten each core wire.
2. The two ribbed ends should be placed opposite each other and must be inserted oppositely.
3. Pinch all the core wires on both sides after the fork, and straighten the core wire and make the interval of each core wire evenly; at the same time, use the wire cutter to clamp the gap to eliminate the gap.
4. First, at the end, fold the adjacent two core wires at a width of about three single-strand core wires from the center line of the fork and form 90°.
5. Then, the two core wires are wound in a clockwise direction for 2 turns, then folded back 90° and laid flat on the axis position before folding.
6. Then fold the 2 core wires in the immediate vicinity of the flat position to 90° and process according to step 5.
7. When the remaining three core wires are wound to the second ring in the step 5, the first four core wires are cut at the root and clamped flat; then the three core wires are wrapped around the three cores, and then the remaining ends are cut. The clamped flat incision does not leave burrs.
8. The other side is processed according to the methods of steps 4 to 7.
T-shaped connection of multi-strand copper conductor
Take the 7-strand copper core wire as an example to illustrate the T-shaped connection method of the multi-strand copper core wire:
1. Spread and straighten the branch core, and then tighten the core wire of the 1/8 line of the insulation layer, and divide the remaining 7/8 cores into two groups, one set of 4 and the other set of 3 , aligned. The core wire of the trunk wire is split into two groups by a chisel, and one of the four core wires in the branch wire is inserted into the middle of the trunk wire core, and one of the three core wires is placed in front of the trunk wire core.
2. Wrap one of the three cores in the clockwise direction on the right side of the main line for 3~4 turns, and clamp the flat end; wrap one of the four cores in the counterclockwise direction on the left side of the main line. 5 laps.
3. Clamp the flat end.
Docking of unequal diameter copper wires
The thin wire end is tightly wound on the thick wire end for 5~6 turns, bend the end of the thick wire to make it press on the winding layer, then wrap the thin wire head for 3~4 turns, cut off the remaining end, and clamp the incision.
Single-stranded and multi-stranded T-branch connections
On the core wire 3 to 5 mm from the left end of the multi-strand wire, use a screwdriver to divide the multi-core wire into two groups (such as the core of the 7-strand wire, 3, 4 points).
2. Insert a single core wire into the middle of the two core wires of the multi-strand core wire, but the single-strand core wire should not be inserted into the bottom, so that the insulation layer cut should be about 3 mm away from the multi-strand core wire. Then use a wire cutter to clamp the multi-core core of the nipper flat.
3. The single-strand core wire is tightly wound on the multi-strand core wire in a clockwise direction. The loop should be tightly packed and rounded for 10 turns; then the remaining end is cut and the incision burr is clamped.
Soft wire and single strand hard wire connection
First twist the cord into a single strand of wire, then wrap it around a single strand of hard wire for 7 to 8 turns, and finally bend the single strand of hard wire back to prevent the tie from falling off.
Aluminum core wire crimped with crimp tube
1. Before wiring, first select a suitable crimping tube, remove the oxide layer and dirt on the surface of the wire head and the crimping tube, and apply neutral Vaseline.
2. Insert the two wire ends relative to each other and through the crimping pipe so that the two wire ends extend out of the crimping pipe by 25~30mm.
3. Crimp with a crimping pliers.
4. If the steel core aluminum stranded wire is crimped, a layer of aluminum gasket should be placed between the two core wires. The number of press nips of the crimping tongs on the crimping pipe is usually 4 in the indoor wire and 6 in the outdoor.
Aluminum core wire crimped with crimp tube
Before connecting, use a wire brush to remove the oxide layer and dirt on the inner wall of the wire and groove wire slot, apply Vaseline zinc paste powder (or neutral Vaseline), then snap the wire into the wire slot and tighten the bolt. The groove is clamped tightly to clamp the wire to complete the connection. To prevent loose bolts, spring washers should be placed over the compression bolts.
